Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these instructions:

  1. Call the EcoWise Head Office on (07) 5668 5474 and we will ask you a series of questions to clarify the problem.
  2. If required, our support team will send you a warranty claim form to complete.
  3. Return your completed form with the faulty product to our head office and we will confirm the issue and either repair or replace the product for you.


Please read carefully the following warranty details before initiating your warranty claim.

Warranty Details

Glo Enterprises Pty Ltd T/A EcoWise LED (“EcoWise”) warrants to the purchaser (“Customer”) that the EcoWise product, including but not limited to the parts and individual components (“Product”) will be free of defects in workmanship and materials and perform as indicated on the product packaging from the date of shipment from EcoWise, for the period specified on the invoice for each product. This date and warranty period can be found on the Customer’s original invoice provided at the time of delivery or can be provided by EcoWise.

The Customer is responsible for learning and following the proper operating procedures for their Product(s) as explained on the Product packaging.

Should a defect with the Product within the warranty period, the Customer shall arrange for the transport of the Product to the EcoWise Head Office and provide full details of the alleged defect. EcoWise will test and review the Product and advise the Customer within 48 hours of the outcome of the warranty claim, regarding the return, repair or replacement of the Product and issue the Customer a Case Number.

If the Product is deemed not defective, the Customer will be liable for shipping costs to return the Product to the Customer. If the Product is deemed to be defective EcoWise will pay for the return of the product to the Customer using a freight carrier and level of service of their choosing. EcoWise is not responsible for any delays occurring during transport of the Product.

Defects or failures that occur due to excessive force, negligent handling or failure to follow usage instructions are not covered by this warranty.

EcoWise shall not be liable for any loss of income, production or efficiency due to Product defect or failure.

Unauthorized changes, tampering, or modifications to the Product will void all warranty coverage.

This limited warranty is not transferable and will not apply to used or resold products.
